1. you email us with your ideas.

2. an initial 50% deposit is requested.

3. we work together via email (or in person if you live in the twin cities area) to arrive at the perfect design. (or you supply us with press-ready files)

4. once the design process is complete, custom plates are ordered. (the platemaking process normally takes about a week // rush service is available)

5. inks are mixed by hand, paper is cut to size, the press is made ready.

6. each piece is printed one-at -a-time, by hand. if a design contains three ink colors, each color is a separate run. if you've ordered 100 double-sided, three-color business cards, that means each business card is printed 600 times! (normal turnaround time is two weeks from final proof approval)

7. final payment + shipping is requested.

8. you receive your order.

9. you're happy.
